No surprise charges on the doorstep

For the US, EU, Canada and Australia, duties and import taxes are worked out and paid at checkout. Nothing further is asked for when the courier arrives.

Worth knowing

  • Everything goes tracked and signed for. Somebody needs to be there.
  • Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on Monday.
  • We can’t deliver to PO boxes, and we don’t ship to a few countries our courier won’t cover. Checkout will tell you.
  • If tracking stops moving for more than three working days, message us with your order number and we’ll chase it.

Send us your order number and we’ll find out where it is. We’d rather chase the courier than have you do it.
